The systems responds with "Wrong username or password", but I am sure I typed correctly?Remember the system is case sensitive so please check your CAPS LOCK. If you still get that error, there could be problems connecting to the server. Some companies has locked the Firewall, so it is not possible to connect the webserver via ftp. Check this by trying to connect ftp://presentara.com. If you get an error in stead of log in possibility your Firewall must be configured to allow contacting ftp://presentara.com. |

Does Presentara Player also work offline ?Yes, you don’t have to be online to run a presentation or to export a presentation into a video. You only have to be online to synchronize.
My monitor blinks when I choose export.Yes, that is because Presentara Player adjusts the windows settings for your monitor in order to export a presentation. The blink that follows when the export is over, occurs as the settings are being reset.
When I have exported a presentation, I see both monitors on the video. If you use more than one monitor, you have to disable them while exporting. Export only works with one monitor.
Can Presentara Player export in other formats than .avi.No, the only format supported is .avi.

I am missing a main category, a category, a presentation or a slide! It has been made in Presentara, but it is not in my Presentara Player. This is most often because, the check box in Presentara “Is Active” in not checked. If it is checked, you need to synchronize your Presentara Player.
I get an error message in Presentara Player.Synchronize your Presentara Player. This will fix most issues you have. If, for some reason, this does not help the problem, you can reset the system. When doing so, all data are deleted, thus you need to go online and synchronize afterwards.

I have a presentation with a slide containing a video, but the slides changes to the next before the video is finished. You have Autoplay on, and then each slide will be showed as long as you have defined it, in Presentara on the slide itself – the box “Slide Duration” In the player you can switch Autoplay off, or you can have the values in “Slide Duration” changed in Presentara – that will fix the problem for Autoplay. |
